As he hosts South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol on a state visit, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte vows to bolster co-operation between the two nations in the critical semiconductor sector, amid growing tensions between China and the West over the technology. At a joint press conference Rutte tells reporters: "We both have thriving technology sectors that are well matched. Take the semiconductor industry."
