Description
A rusty railway track, pieces of metal and a plastic rope found in the Chilean seabed are on display at the Museum of Memory and Human Rights in Santiago. These artifacts are presented as evidence of enforced disappearances during the Pinochet dictatorship (1973-1990), when military planes dumped bodies into the ocean in so-called "death flights."
