Description
Stockshots of Bhuj, a capital city of Kutch district in western Gujarat state. Bhuj is well known for its rich history dating back to kingdoms and empires, with palaces and temples being the main tourist attractions.
Bhuj was devastated by a massive earthquake in 2001 that killed more than 20,000 people and left many of its historical sites in ruins. But a massive reconstruction effort has turned Bhuj into an economic hub with two new ring-roads, improved sewerage systems and an airport. STOCKSHOTS
