Pro-Israeli demonstrators gather outside the BBC headquarters in London to highlight the plight of hostages held in Gaza and decry Hamas's alleged rapes and other sexual attacks against women on October 7. The rally comes as the Israel-Hamas war is nearly four months old, triggered by the Hamas attack that resulted in the deaths of about 1,160 people in Israel, according to an AFP tally based on official Israeli data. Some 250 people were also taken hostage during the attack, with 132 remaining in Gaza. The territory's Hamas-run health ministry says that Israel's military response has killed at least 27,365 people. IMAGES
