The war is forcing Palestinians in the Gaza Strip to sell their gold as they face difficult economic conditions. Mohamad Abu Harb, the owner of a shop in Rafah where gold is bought and sold, is busy looking after his customers. "Anyone who wants to build a tent, buy clothes or eat has to sell their belongings," he explains. Even those with money have found the conflict to be a terrible equaliser as they search in vain for shelter and basic supplies.
