The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) director general Rafael Grossi visits Kiev and holds a press conference with Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko where he talks about the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. "There are objective technical issues that need to be addressed no matter which side you are in.
