As part of the Jeanne d'Arc mission, the navy's amphibious assault helicopter carrier PHA Tonnerre docks at Cobra Island in Rio de Janeiro as part of cooperation efforts for the French and Brazilian armed forces to collaborate and develop common working techniques.
