During a visit to Kinshasa, UN human rights chief Volker Türk says he is "concerned" by the decision of the DR Congo authorities to reinstate the death penalty. "I am concerned by the recent decision (by Kinshasa) to lift the moratorium on the death penalty", Volker Türk told reporters at the end of a four-day visit to the DRC, during which he met President Félix Tshisekedi.
