Japan's space agency JAXA and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries showcase the core of the next-generation H3, the country's new flagship rocket, at a plant near central Nagoya city.
The display comes after a successful blast-off of an H3 rocket in February, making it third time lucky after years of delay and two previous failed attempts. The next-generation H3 has been mooted as a rival to SpaceX's Falcon 9, and could one day deliver cargo to bases on the Moon. IMAGES
