Flooding triggered by a slow-moving cyclone that shifted direction towards Madagascar is damaging homes, leaving people scrambling for safety. Authorities say 11 people have been killed so far, and some 7000 others affected by the storm. "All our coal stocks are flooded, and the sacks of rice are being carried away by the water.
