As Rwanda prepares to mark the 30th anniversary of the 1994 genocide on April 7, the Director-General of UNESCO, Audrey Azoulay, unveils a plaque at the Kigali Genocide Memorial, which was last September inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
