US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said Monday that Washington is committed to "no surprises" in its use of economic tools around national security, a topic of discussion in her China visit.
"We would welcome transparency from (China) on its national security actions and greater clarity on where it sees the line between national security and economic issues," Yellen added.
