"This year isn't like last year, because of the incident" says Salabek Dzhanchkulov, outside Moscow's Central Mosque, where Eid celebrations have been scaled down and police carry out checks on those attending, amid the fallout from the deadly attack on the Crocus City hall last month. This year, turnout has been way down at the festival, which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
