Once the largest medical facility in Gaza, Al-Shifa hospital and its surroundings are now a pile of debris, as the war between Israel and Hamas marked its 200th day on Tuesday. "After 200 days of war, we are now in the middle of the rubble of this great hospital," says Amjad Alewah, an emergency doctor who returned to inspect the now charred emergency reception room.
