The UK parliament's passing of the controversial new law allowing undocumented migrants to be sent to Rwanda to have their asylum applications processed, is a "satisfactory decision", says the Rwanda government. "We can't say today exactly when they will arrive or how many numbers," says Alain Bernard Mukuralinda, deputy spokesman for Rwanda's government. "The most important thing is that Rwanda is ready."
