Smoke rises in the distance after 20 Cambodian soldiers were killed in an ammunition explosion at an army base, Prime Minister Hun Manet said on Saturday. The blast occurred in Kampong Speu province to the west of capital Phnom Penh and also wounded several other soldiers. IMAGES
