"We realised after the kitchen closed that many mouths were left hungry" says Zakria Yahya Abukuwaik, a manager of a kitchen supported by World Central Kitchen nonprofit, as his team prepares food for displaced Palestinians in Rafah after the US-based charity resumed operations in the Gaza Strip.
