Images of drought and heat in Vietnam as its weather agency says that over 100 heat records were broken across the country in April. The most dramatic sign of the extreme weather came in the southern province of Dong Nai, where hundreds of thousands of fish died in a reservoir -- blamed on water shortages caused by the heatwave and poor management.
