Images show damaged cars and buildings in the Russian city of Belgorod, close to the Ukrainian border, following recent shelling that local officials called a Ukrainian military strike.
At least one person was killed and 29 were injured, according to the city's mayor. Belgorod has been regularly targeted by Ukrainian strikes this year. IMAGES
