A dozen workers in the crowded workspace of Kwok Kam Kee bakery knead, roll and fold dough ahead of the annual Bun Festival on Hong Kong’s Cheung Chau island.
Second-generation owner Martin Kwok says the store makes more than 60,000 buns a day in the week leading up to the festival, hopeful that this year's festivities will be able to draw similar crowds as years past.
