Gazans go through their charred and scattered belongings following overnight Israeli strikes on west Rafah that killed at least 21 people at a displacement camp west of the southern city of Rafah on Tuesday, according to Gaza civil defence. "One day earlier this area was classified as a safe area, only one day earlier. The next day, they targeted it directly," says Bilal Abu Jarad who lost three members of his family. The strike happened near the site of an earlier Israeli strike on Sunday May 26 that drew international condemnation after it set ablaze a crowded tent city, killing 45 people according to Palestinian officials.
