French President Emmanuel Macron says he believes a French recognition of a Palestinian state "must come at a useful time", explaining that he is "not going to make an emotional recognition". Macron's comments come during a visit to Germany and on the same day that Ireland, Spain and Norway officially recognised the State of Palestine. SOUNDBITE
