"D-Day is a very special day for me. A day of remembrance, a day of sadness, a day of reflection," says 100-year-old World War II veteran Harold Terens, as he arrives in Paris with his 96-year-old fiancee Jeanne Swerlin. The couple will attend the ceremony marking the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings before getting married: "I will invite all those who lie under the crosses. 9,836 young people are coming spiritually to my wedding!"
