"We are the first climate refugees": in Blendecques, one of the towns in the Pas-de-Calais department worst affected by recent floods, a housing estate with around ten detached houses is set to disappear. The houses will be bought by the state and then demolished, as the safety of the residents cannot be guaranteed. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES ARRANGED IN SEQUENCES
