Rescuers clear rubble and rescue a man after an aerial strike on the northeastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv. "After one of the air bombs hit the residential area today, a man born in 1947 found himself under the rubble in this residential building. The old man was almost completely under the rubble, under the fragments of slabs, under the remains of the concrete structure," says the Kharkiv region State Emergency Service spokesperson Yevgen Vasylenko.
