Nestled in the Scottish Highlands, Gordonstoun is the first senior school to have educated a British monarch. King Charles III, then known as the Prince of Wales, spent his teenage years from 13 to 18 at the isolated boarding school in the 1960s. "He was treated just as any other student and had the same experience as they did.
