Description
A year on from the Wagner military group's mutiny, in which leader Yevgeny Prigozhin and his private troops marched towards Moscow and seized a Russian army headquarters in the southern city of Rostov-on-Don, people gather at a makeshift memorial. Prigozhin died in a plane crash shortly after the rebellion, since which President Vladimir Putin has tightened his grip on power. "Many people have the feeling that he is still alive" says Alexander, one of those at the memorial, "if people remember him, he's alive." IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
