Hours before the Olympics opening ceremony on the River Seine, hundreds of policemen are controlling passers-by and drivers in Parisian streets, very quiet because of these restrictions. "It's really nice, it's kind of strange because there are not as many people as normal, a lot of things blocked off," tells Chris, a 35-year-old tourist from Hawaii, in front of the Paris City Hall.
