Description
Chilean President Gabriel Boric receives Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva at La Moneda Palace, in a meeting marked by the crisis in Venezuela following the controversial reelection of Nicolas Maduro. The two leftist leaders have taken divergent positions on the July 28 elections in Venezuela. "On our continent, we have very complex migration phenomena, and we cannot address them only by looking at the border of our own country," says Boric during a joint statement with Lula. Lula adds, "We cannot expect that everyone says the same thing, that everyone thinks the same way. We are not the same." IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES TO COMPLETE VIDi36AT3CT_EN, VIDI36AP6AG_EN
