Description
A milk concentrator at the Malo dairy in Saint-Malo, Ille-et-Vilaine, separates the milk from the water to create milk powder, which is supplied to companies that produce pastries and chocolate. Every day, 50 m3 of 'cow's water' is recovered and reused, primarily to wash the tankers that collect the milk. The dairy expects to recycle more of this water inside the plant as rules change.
