Chier commissioner of the Catalan police says it does not rule out that fugitive Catalan separatist leader Carles Puigdemont "is still in Barcelona" and has "no objective evidence" that he has fled to Belgium. Mr Eduard Sallent also made clear that "at no time is the detention of Mr. Puigdemont been negotiated" between the Catalan police and 'his entourage'. SOUNDBITE
