"On the same day I obtained their birth certificates, I also had to submit their death certificates," says Mohammed Abu Al-Qumsan, who had left his house to register his newborn twins, born just three days earlier, at Gaza's civil registry. As soon as the certificates were printed, he received a call: "Your house has been bombed." IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
