During a visit to Russia's Kursk Nuclear Power Plant, UN nuclear watchdog head Rafael Grossi warns that its proximity to ongoing fighting was 'extremely serious' following Ukraine's unprecedented cross-border offensive. Grossi insits the plant is currently 'operating in very close to normal conditions,' adding that its subsequent high temperature increases any danger that would ensue from an impact.
