Lifelong Oasis fan Rye Ashley prayed to "the rock and roll gods", full of hope that he might be able to snag tickets for the band's hotly anticipated reunion tour next year. But after a wait of some six hours in a queue on the Ticketmaster app, his hopes were dashed as the site incorrectly flagged him as a robot, not giving him access to the tickets he was after.
