A group of survivors and families of the victims of the UK's Grenfell Tower fire disaster that killed 72 people in 2017, says a final report into the disaster confirms that the victims paid the price of "systematic dishonesty, institutional indifference and neglect". "It knew the risks but failed to prevent them revealing the greed and profiteering of an industry that has been poorly regulated by governments over decades," says Natasha Elcock, chair of Grenfell United after the release of the report, who also voiced a message to the British Prime Minister Keir Starmer to "break old habits and implement all the recommendations" made by the report.
