Venezuela's Attorney General Tarek William Saab reiterates that opposition candidate Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia "must appear in court" after failing to comply with the three summonses issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office over his insistence that he is the legitimate winner of the July 28 election. "Given the statements that could be observed today, it became clear that Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia does not have sufficient constitutional guarantees to go to the Public Prosecutor's Office," Gonzalez Urrutia's lawyer tells the press.
