Palestinians perform funeral prayers for people killed during an Israeli airstrike in Al-Mawasi, Khan Yunis. Gaza's civil defence agency said that 40 people were killed and 60 others were wounded, figures contested by the Israeli army which says it targeted a Hamas command centre in the area. Al-Mawasi was designated a safe zone by Israel early in the war. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
