Buildings in the northern Vietnamese city of Thai Nguyen are almost completely submerged after Typhoon Yagi caused widespread flooding. The death toll has climbed above 80 with residents waiting on the roofs for help. Yagi struck Saturday bringing winds in excess of 149 kilometres (92 miles) per hour and a deluge of rain that has caused flooding not seen in decades, according to locals. IMAGES
