The motorcyclist who mowed down a seven-year-old girl, who died from her injuries on Sunday, is seen leaving the Court of Appeal in Aix-en-Provence. The investigating chamber was considering whether he should be placed under judicial supervision, while the Grasse prosecutor and investigating judge had initially asked for the 19-year-old, who has no previous convictions, to be remanded in custody.
