A terrace is taped off in a house in Salimani-Itsandra, near the capital Moroni, where Comoros President Azali Assoumani was injured in a knife attack while attending a funeral. Officials have confirmed the president's injuries are not serious and his life is not in danger. The attacker was found dead in prison on Saturday, a day after the incident.
