South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala visit a Skoda nuclear engineering factory in Plzen as the two countries sign 12 cooperation deals on a multi-billion-dollar tender for Korea's KHNP to build two reactors. Speaking at a press conference in Prague, Yoon says "today, we signed a memorandum of understanding".
