Description
Tropical Storm Helene formed in the Caribbean as it moved across the Gulf of Mexico, approaching western Cuba with rain and possible flooding. Helene is due to make landfall in the US state of Florida on September 26 as a powerful Category 3 hurricane. IMAGES
