The head of the United Nations nuclear watchdog says Iran is showing "willingness" to re-engage on nuclear talks but won't reconsider its decision to deny access to top UN inspectors. Speaking on the sidelines of the United Nation's General Assembly, The International Atomic Energy Agency chief, Rafael Grossi, says that "if things move in a positive way, that might be, and I think this is the intention of the President and the Foreign Minister, there will be a return to the conversations with the former partners in the negotiation."
