Description
Brazil's new Human rights minister Macae Evaristo officially was sworn in Brasilia, after her predecessor was fired over claims he had sexually harassed several female colleagues. Evaristo, a legislator from the southeastern Minas Gerais state, where she also served as the first black education secretary, takes over from Silvio Almeida. Almeida was dismissed early September following claims he harassed several women, including Racial Equality Minister Anielle Franco. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
