The leadership contenders for the British Conservative Party deliver their speeches at the party conference in Birmingham. Tom Tugendhat, James Cleverly, Robert Jenrick and Kemi Badenoch address the audience ahead of a vote by Conservative MPs next week to determine the final two candidates.
