Lebanon's Prime Minister Najib Mikati says Israeli troops were making brief cross-border incursions. "The information I have is that there are attack and retreat [operations]. There are brief incursions, but we do not have anything conclusive," says Mikati in an exclusive interview with AFP in Beirut.
