Images outside an overcrowded prison in Peru's Andean region where five inmates died of asphyxiation in a fire, according to the National Penitentiary Institute (Inpe). The fire broke out on Tuesday night and lasted until the early hours of the morning in a shoe repair shop in the penitentiary in the Andean city of Huancayo, some 300 km east of Lima.
