At the UN biodiversity summit in Colombia, people are visiting the "Green Zone" open to the public, set up throughout the city of Cali to encourage conversations about conservation and strengthen citizen participation in the COP16 negotiations. "The 'Green Zone' allows different groups of people to bring their voice, their proposals, their initiatives to these COP negotiations on biodiversity," says the head of mobilization and participation for COP16.
