La Croisière Verte 2024 (the Green Cruise) is an eco-friendly expedition that retraces the legendary route of André Citroën’s 1924 "Black Cruise," a pioneering car journey across Africa. Exactly a century later, four electric vehicles, powered by renewable energy, are set to cross the African continent from north to south.
This 14,000-kilometre journey begins in Ouarzazate, Morocco, and is expected to conclude in Cape Town, South Africa by mid-January. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
