At a pollution clinic in New Delhi, factory worker Balram Kumar is having his chest examined. The 24-year-old is suffering from a persistent cough that keeps him awake at night. Delhi's toxic smog season may have only just begun but Kamar and others like him say it is already having an impact on their health. "My chest hurts every time I cough.
